A Christmassy 90'ish mins practice. Ghosh Yoga Strength for Yang & Ghosh Yoga Stretching for Yin. Practice will include Bayam's (exercises) Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathwork). Ending the practice year together enjoying a few sweet treats and some mulled or fizz mocktails to wrap up 2024 Yoga In The Village xx
