Summer pop-ups: May 15th & 22nd June 17th 8-9am July 1st 8-9am August TBC September TBC Easter Compton Halls. Book each separately. Beginners powerful practice designed to build strength, flexibility and balance of body & mind. What to expect: Fast paced, dynamic classes that focus on strength. Expect planks, jumps, squats & core-work using a mindful approach for own body alignment, pairing movements with breath. Perfect for: Deep core, pelvic floor & spine health Leg & upper body strength Balance & overall strength & flexibility Stress management Important: If you have a joint replacement (e.g. hip/knee), had recent surgery, hypermobility or EDS you need to seek medical approval for practice.. *Unfortunately, these classes are not suitable for those who are pregnant Adult classes, 16 years+. No experience needed. Beginners welcome! Anatomical & science based practice
