Jade shares Gravity Yoga which is a targeted flexibility & mobility practice. Hold passive tension, a slow deep practice for myofascial release giving you better range of motion and mobility. Every other week we add the addition of massage balls to stimulate challenged areas and create release. We train specific tight areas such as hamstrings, back, hips and total body. Designed for sports to increase athletic performance. This practice enhances range of motion, gait, mobility, speed and recovery times. Perfect for: The typical student who enjoys the benefit of flexibility training is ANYBODY suffering tightness & stress in the body. Typical athletes are run/swim/cyclists, tennis players, golfers, surfers, bootcamp & weight trainers, climbers, dancers, martial arts, equestrian, yogis and those who have physical-manual jobs.

Refresh, Recharge & Reset Before the Festive Rush! Autumn Yoga Immersion 2025 Saturday 29th or Sunday 30th November Breathe Meditation Studio, Ridgeway House, Winford, Bristol, BS40 8AX Yoga Immersion Days with me are small, friendly gatherings designed for both beginners and regular students who wish to immerse into yoga asana, bayams, and pranayama (postures, exercises, and breathwork). Spaces are limited so that each student receives plenty of individual attention. 9:30am – 5:00pm (full timetable to follow) Your day will include: Three yoga classes with workshop-style elements. These sessions are focused on learning and exploration rather than intensity or endurance. Pranayama practices, seated breathwork to calm and regulate the nervous system. Two classes will follow the Ghosh Yoga tradition, building strength, balance, and flexibility while cultivating focus and giving you practical takeaways for your regular practice. Second class will be nicely warmed (not hot yoga) getting a little sweaty. The final class will include Pranayama & Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), guiding you into deep rest & nervous system reset—perfect preparation before spending time in the optional hot/cold therapy areas. Alongside the luxurious hot tub spa, we can now also enjoy the new hot/cold therapy area — a refreshing cold plunge tub and a relaxing sauna! To make the most of these new additions, we'll start without delay so everyone has the chance to experience them fully in the late afternoon. Hot/Cold Therapy Area – Self-Guided Please note that this area is unguided and should be used at your own discretion. If you’re new to hot/cold therapies, Breathe Studio has put together some simple tips to help you get started. Tea, coffee, and good energy included! Pack your lunch and snacks (fridge available, no cooking), and a £75 contribution helps make the magic happen. I’m beyond excited to see you there! Ideal for students who have already experienced my classes at halls, gyms, studios or 121's. My Yoga Immersion Days are not retreat days, our focus is to sink into dedicating time to learning with likeminded folk and a lovely location, please bring your own *packed lunch & snacks.
