What to expect:
Live class with Jade using Zoom. Camera/webcam: You will need to join Zoom classes with video enabled and keep this on for the duration of the class for Jade to see your yoga practice. No experience needed. Beginners welcome!! 16 yrs+. First class with me is free use coupon 'Free1stClass'. See below for 'New students' info.
Yogabody® Fitness-based flow: Movement with breath for fitness. Strong, vigorous and fun, designed to help you build strength, flexibility and balance of body & mind. Adult classes.
Gentle-Flow: Movement with breath for fitness. Slower, gentle variation of Fitness- based flow, designed to help you build strength, flexibility and balance of body & mind. Adult classes.
Gravity® Targeted Mobility Training: Long hold passive deep stretching for flexibility. Improves posture and mobility. Great for stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. Supplements many forms of fitness such as yoga, run/swim/cycle, CrossFit, weightlifting, climbing, dancing, martial arts, equestrian etc.
Gravity is an intense practice, this is not Restorative Yoga or Gentle Hatha.
Important: If you have a joint replacement (e.g. hip), had recent surgery or hyper-mobility you need to seek medical approval for deep long-hold stretching.

11 weekly sessions / 7.15am, 6pm & 7.15pm options / Mon-Fri
Booking (online booking below):
Registered students: Please book at least one hour in advance. Booking later than this may not guarantee admission. Exception - 7.15am classes need to be booked the evening before at the latest.
New students: Please book 24 hours in advance for registration. You will need to complete a health questionnaire & waiver before attending a class.

These classes are not recommended for pregnancy or postnatal. If you are pregnant, or become pregnant, or are postnatal please seek medical guidance for recommendations.
Private Classes: Personalised one-to-one classes provide focused attention helping to develop your practice. Private classes are great for beginners and for those with specific requirements whether its not being able to get to regular classes, wanting a tailored class or working with specific health challenges or injuries.
