Online Live Classes

What to expect:

Live class with Jade using Zoom. Camera/webcam: You will need to join Zoom classes with video enabled and keep this on for the duration of the class for Jade to see your yoga practice. No experience needed. Beginners welcome!! 16 years+.

 

Yogabody® Fitness-based flow: Movement with breath for fitness. Strong, vigorous and fun, designed to help you build strength, flexibility and balance of body & mind. Adult classes. 

Gravity® Targeted Mobility Training: Long hold passive deep stretching for flexibility. Great for stiff backs, locked up hips, and tight hamstrings. Designed for athletes, yoga students and as a supplement to many forms of fitness such as run/swim/cycle, CrossFit, weightlifting, climbing, dancing, martial arts, equestrian etc.

Note: This is an intense practice, this is not Restorative Yoga or Gentle Hatha. 

Important: If you have a joint replacement (e.g. hip), had recent surgery or hyper-mobility you need to seek medical approval for deep long-hold stretching.

Private Classes: Personalised one-to-one classes provide focused attention helping to develop your practice. ​Private classes are great for beginners and those with specific requirements whether its not being able to get to regular class times or wanting to work with specific health challenges or injuries.

Monday 6pm - Fitness-based Flow 45min

Monday 7pm - Gravity, Targeted Mobility Training 45min

Friday 6pm - Fitness-based Flow 60min

Booking (online booking below):

Registered students: Please book at least one hour in advance. Booking later than this may not guarantee admission.

New students: Please book 24 hours in advance for registration. You will need to complete a health questionnaire & waiver before attending a class.

Note: All sales are final and non-refundable for any reason.

Pregnancy/Postnatal: 

These classes are not recommended for pregnancy or postnatal. If you are pregnant, or become pregnant, or are postnatal please seek medical guidance for recommendations.

Video on demand - Members only, September 2020:

Whilst live online group classes are on holiday for September there are videos available on demand for existing students, ideal for those who have taken at least 10 classes or more (in-person or online). Drop an email to Jade for your password. You pay a one-time payment for what you feel is reasonable for the month - £6, £8, £10, £12, £15 or £20. Access to these private videos is 04/09/20 - 30/09/20.

5 videos for you to practice as often as you choose -  Sun Salutations, Standing sequence & Finishing sequence plus 2 Fitness-flows.
