Indoor Classes during Covid-19 (Review prior June 21st)

Indoors - Village Halls

  • Book in advance - Online only for bookings, form filling & payments 

  • Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before start. Wait outside if hall already in use.

  • Arrive clean & ready for class

  • Check in using NHS App QR Code on arrival

  • Use one-way system

  • Wear face mask moving around facilities

  • Face mask not required in practice unless student personal preference

  • Bring own mat/props

  • Mat position allocated for you

  • 2 meter social distance

  • Physical 'hands'-on' adjustments on hold until Government advisory allows

  • Closed mouth breathing where possible

  • Bring only what needed

  • Keep personal belongings next to mat

  • Bring own water bottle (no kitchen facility access)

  • Where possible try not to touch contact surfaces other than doors (windows, window sills, stage. cupboards, chairs etc.) 

  • No drop-in's

  • Bring hand sanitiser, regular handwashing as necessary

  • Try best not to use toilet facilities however they are open for use

  • Leave session promptly after finish in closest to exit door order

  • I know we have missed each other but please no gathering at the halls, arrive & leave on own or same support bubble

  • Do not attend if you have any Covid symptoms
